Hospital Patient Portals

Choose your HOSPITAL patient portal.

Our patient portals allow patients to conveniently access lab results, request appointments or prescription refills, and contact their physician from their computer or smartphone.

Geneva General Hospital and Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital use a separate patient portal than physician practices. Please note that you will need your medical record number and have an email address on file to register. This information can be obtained by calling (315) 787-4688 Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Primary Care or Specialist Practice’s Patient Portals.

Our primary care and specialist practices utilize a separate portal than the hospitals. Please note you must request a portal activation letter from your physician’s office before you can access the patient portal. Please contact your physician’s office for an activation letter. Detailed registration information can also be found here.If you are experiencing problems or need help with the patient portal, please contact the practice you are trying to register for.

UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health MyChart Patient Portal for Lab Results and Clinic Reports

Our patients can now see their laboratory test results and clinic reports in the UR Medicine MyChart patient portal. Examples of information shared include blood, urine, and microbiology test results; discharge summaries; ED reports; consult notes, and cardiopulmonary reports. Learn more and FAQS.

**Patients who don't have a UR Medicine MyChart account are able to easily create one here.
