Our online appointment scheduling is paused until November 1 as we transition to our new electronic health record, eRecord.
Beginning November 1, patients will be able to schedule appointments through MyChart. If you have not signed up for MyChart, please do so today by clicking on the link MyChart.
Our Urgent Care locations will be providing online scheduling until October 30.
