Ingredients:
Sweet potatoes
White potatoes
Zucchini
Beets
Brussel sprouts
Carrots
Kale
Parsnips
Instructions:
Place baking sheet in oven at 400 degrees to preheat.
Wash vegetables Use mandolin slicer to cut vegetables into thin rounds/strips.
Remove baking sheet from oven and spray with cooking spray or lightly spray with oil.
Place thin rounds of vegetables on baking sheet in a singe layer.
Season as desired with salt/pepper, garlic or rosemary.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes; flip and cook an additional 5-10 minutes until desired crunchiness.
