Ingredients:
1 red apple
2 celery sticks, diced
2 cups chicken breasts-skinless, cooked, diced
1/4 cup plain greek nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt/pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves (bib, romaine or green leafy lettuces work the best)
Instructions:
Cut apples in quarters remove core and dice.
Combine all ingredients except lettuce.
Serve 1/2 cup of salad on 1-2 lettuce leaves and serve.
