The Psychiatric Services Program at John D. Kelly Clinic in Penn Yan is committed to providing comprehensive, quality services that include evaluation, treatment, outreach, intervention, education and consultation. Our dedicated team of professionals delivers personalized, confidential, compassionate outpatient care for adults and adolescents.
Outpatient Services
The Clinic offers individual and group therapy for children, age five and older, adolescents, and adults with mental health and
behavioral needs in an outpatient setting. A multidisciplinary treatment team includes Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Social Workers, and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Individual Therapy offers practical approaches for learning to manage mental health needs.
- Group Therapy offers practical approaches with peer input for learning to manage mental health needs.
- Crisis Services are provided 24 hours-a-day by the clinic and hospital staff for prompt care of psychiatric emergencies.
- Medication Evaluation, Treatment and Management: Outpatient Psychiatric Services provide a critical link in our patients' continuum of care. The outpatient program treats adults and adolescents in a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Evening hours are available on Monday and Wednesday between 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. If you must cancel an appointment, please notify the center by phone 24 hours in advance.
Crisis Services are provided by the center and hospital staff for prompt care of psychiatric emergencies. This service is available 24 hours a day.
