Admissions
Finger Lakes Health does not discriminate in the admission, retention and care of residents because of race, creed, color, national origin, age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, blindness, sponsor, disability or handicap.
Finger Lakes Health admits only those residents for whom it can provide adequate care. To be eligible for admission, a person must have a health problem, specified by his or her physician, that requires 24-hour nursing supervision at a skilled nursing level of care.
Payment for services at our Living Centers may be through Medicare, an individual's personal resources or Medicaid obtained through the individual's county of residence. Specific information about financial concerns may be obtained from our admission staff. An application and financial statement must be submitted to be considered for admission.
