FLH Medical, P.C. Finger Lakes Gastroenterology is located at 1150 State Route 5 & 20, Geneva, New York, 14456.

All care is provided by our team of highly credentialed gastroenterologists Dr. Angel Diaz, Dr. Henry LeGuyader, Dr. Anjanet Perez-Colon, Dr. Blessing Rees and Dr. Christopher Walker. Nurse practitioners Sarah DiSanto, FNP-C, Staci Hooker, FNP-C, Melissa Sherman MSN, FNP-C and physician assistant Brandee Burley PA-C are integral members of our patient care team.

Finger Lakes Gastroenterology is committed to caring for our communities. All procedures are performed exclusively at Geneva General Hospital and the Finger Lakes Surgery Center.

We offer Telemedicine as an alternative to coming into the office. Telemedicine is appropriate for many conditions but not all.
 

The office is open Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Friday. For appointments, please call (315) 787-5310
