Geneva General Surgical Associates practice provides care for the community 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week, offering the newest surgical technology available. Dr. Kristin Baltazar-Ford, Dr. Craig Collins, Dr. Mark Ilko and Carrie Kime, FNP-BC, RNFA are ready when you need them. We offer general and specialty surgical care using minimally invasive techniques with a focus on patient-centered, quality care. Dr. Collins is the region's only board-certified colorectal surgeon.

The practice is operated by Geneva General Hospital and provides service to anyone who needs it, accepting all insurances or payment options and providing financial aid if necessary. 

We offer Telemedicine as an alternative to coming into the office. Telemedicine is appropriate for many conditions but not all.
