Our Department of Nursing has established the following unified goals: to help you build confidence, develop competencies, and transition effectively. These goals can be accomplished with the support from those team members around you that are dedicated to creating a culture where you feel valued and can grow. Our Shared Governance Committee further supports this culture and reflects professional practice and innovation.
