All care is provided by our team of highly credentialed physician Dr. Jeffrey Christenson, Dr. Jennifer Mungari and experienced nurse practitioners Jennifer Bell, ANP-C and Ashley Pajk, A-GNP-C.
Board-certified nephrologist Wajid Choudhry, MD, FACP, FASN also sees patients in this office.
Geneva Primary Care is currently accepting new patients ages 18 and older. Click here for a listing of insurances accepted. Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card.
We offer Telemedicine as an alternative to coming into the office. Telemedicine is appropriate for many conditions but not all.
