Lifecare Medical Associates is located at 1991 Balsley Road, Seneca Falls, NY 13148.

Our providers see patients of all ages from newborns to geriatrics. All care is provided by highly credentialed physicians Dr. Grace Freier, Dr. Elizabeth Osborn, Dr. Andrew Reese and Dr. Philipp Wirth. Well respected and experienced nurse practitioners Sue Green, FNP-C, Arielle Hagner, PNP-C, Crystal Lane, AGPCNP-C, Shannon Picchi, AGPCNP-C and Samali Rathbun, FNP-C as well as physician assistant David Stobie, PA-C are here to care for you.

We offer same day appointments, electronic medical records, and a commitment to your overall health care needs.

We offer Telemedicine as an alternative to coming into the office. Telemedicine is appropriate for many conditions but not all.
