Finger Lakes Health's Dundee Family Health Center is located at 50 Millard Street, Dundee, New York  14837.  Dr. Joseph Hinterberger practices family medicine at this site, providing both adult and pediatric care.

Insurances accepted include Blue Choice, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Empire, GHI, Medicaid, Medicare, MVP and Fidelis.  Many other insurances and self-pay accepted.  Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card.

Family Health Centers do not require a referral.  Patients normally enroll in the practice, which is often required by insurance carriers.  The practice can assist you with this process. 

We offer Telemedicine as an alternative to coming into the office. Telemedicine is appropriate for many conditions but not all.

Registered patients, can visit our patient portal. If you are not registered for the patient portal, please contact the practice for activation instructions. You can send a message to your provider, request an appointment, request a prescription refill and more on the patient portal.

For after hours or weekend NON-EMERGENCY CARE please visit either our Geneva Urgent Care or Seneca Falls Urgent Care.

Additionally at this site, Finger Lakes Health operates a Patient Service Center (Lab Draw Station).  All patients are welcome, regardless of ordering physician.  Our Patient Service Centers are open to the public for blood draws.  You do not need to be enrolled in the practice to utilize these centers.  The hours for the Lab Draw Station are Tuesdays and Fridays from 7 a.m. - 12 p.m.
