Geneva, is located at the northern tip of Seneca Lake in Ontario County. A scenic city with four beautiful seasons. Close to outlet shopping, skiing, golf courses, lake activities, hiking, wine trails, gourmet and farm to table restaurants, history, theater, concerts and much more, the Finger Lakes has many options for entertainment. Home to Hobart & William Smith Colleges, Cornell AgriTech, Geneva is an hour drive to Rochester and Syracuse where one hour flights and relaxing rail commutes to New York City can be easily accessed. Geneva offers the amenities of country living with all the conveniences of a city.  

Penn Yan, the county seat of Yates County, is located in the scenic Finger Lakes region of west central New York and enjoys the beauty of Keuka Lake. Penn Yan is proud of its friendly community and outstanding schools. Located close by is Keuka College, a four-year liberal arts institution.

Nestled between Seneca and Cayuga Lakes and traversed by the Erie Canal, Seneca County beats at the very heart of the picturesque Finger Lakes region. Found in this beautiful farmland county is over 100 miles of shoreline, the birthplace of Women’s Rights, a national wildlife reserve, outlet shopping, and much more.

Located just north of Ontario and Seneca Counties, is Wayne County, known for its apples and Lake Ontario's beautiful southern shore.
