Muhammad Syed, MD has joined the medical staff of University of Rochester Medicine Geneva General Hospital.
He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at St. Mary Mercy Hospital, Livonia, MI and Geriatric Fellowship at Upstate Hospital, Syracuse, NY, and earned his medical degree at Ziauddin Medical College, Pakistan.
Prior to joining Geneva General Hospital, Dr. Syed worked as a hospitalist at Mercy Hospital in Ardmore, Oklahoma, and MUSC Kershaw Medical Center in Camden, SC.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine. When he isn’t working he enjoys watching and playing soccer and cricket.
