Soldiers and Sailors Health Center located at 418 North Main Street, Penn Yan is proud to welcome Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner Marlene Comfort, MSN, A-GNP-C to its practice.
Comfort completed her Master of Science in Nursing as well as her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees from Keuka College, Keuka Park, NY. She was a graduate of Finger Lakes Health College of Nursing & Health Sciences as well as the Marion S. Whelan School of Practical Nursing, both located on the campus of Geneva General Hospital.
With over 12 years of nursing experience, she previously worked as a registered nurse in general surgery before joining Finger Lakes Health at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital in Penn Yan as a registered nurse in the emergency department and 1st acute floor.
Comfort lives in Penn Yan with her husband, Karl. They have two grown daughters, Caitlin and Peyton, and a granddaughter, Emelia. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
