FLH Rehab Services offers Information Sessions on Pelvic Floor Disorders

Finger Lakes Health’s Rehabilitation Services Physical Therapists’ Liz Loycano and Kristin Pontes will provide education on pelvic floor disorders and how to lessen or remove these concerns from your life including:
- waking up multiple times at night to use the bathroom;
- rushing to the restroom as soon as you get home;
- Experiencing pain when sitting or wear tight clothing.
Free informational sessions will provide education on the pelvic floor. Questions are encouraged, including those related to pelvic pain, incontinence, and pregnancy.
- January 14, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. in the Garnsey Outpatient Rehabilitation Center Geneva General Hospital, 196 North Street, Geneva.
- January 14, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. in the Outpatient Rehabilitation department at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital, 418 North Main Street, Penn Yan.
