Finger Lakes Health has announced that Kimberly Ilacqua has been promoted to a new position of director of Marketing and Digital Strategy for the health system. The new role recognizes Ilacqua for her creativity and commitment as she led the health system’s website redesign efforts.

The mobile responsive website (www.flhealth.org) positions the health system for future growth and increased capabilities. The new website’s mobile platform will allow Finger Lakes Health increased transactional capabilities in the future, such as appointment scheduling and bill payment.

In the position, Ilacqua will lead the health system’s strategic plan for social media, and digital outreach, along with initiatives related to search engine optimization, and manage of Google Analytics. She will retain her responsibility for health system and FLH Medical, P.C. practice marketing campaign development, market research and other management functions.

Ilacqua has been with Finger Lakes Health since 2009, first serving as manager of marketing and planning. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and a Master of Science degree in hospitality-tourism management, both from Rochester Institute of Technology.
