About This Location
The Homestead at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, 418 North Main Street, Penn Yan, consists of four units, including two Skilled Nursing units, a neurobehavioral unit, and a secure unit where skilled nursing and special needs care for cognitively-impaired residents are provided. Short-term rehabilitation services are also provided on the Skilled Nursing units for those needing rehabilitation services while they transition to another level of care or discharge home.
The Homestead is located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Penn Yan, which hugs the north branch of Keuka Lake. It is also adjacent to Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital, which offers convenient access to acute care and outpatient diagnostic services.
Activities and social opportunities are afforded our residents in our spacious dining and activities rooms, as well as our enclosed courtyard and patios.
