Fellowship Trained Orthopaedic Surgeon Mackenzie Neumaier, MD Joins GGH Medical Staff

Geneva - Orthopaedic Surgeon Mackenzie A. Neumaier, MD has recently joined the medical staff of Geneva General Hospital.
Dr. Neumaier is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Orthopaedics at Strong Memorial. He is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon with the UR Medicine Department of Orthopaedics &Physical Performance. He will be seeing patients at Interlakes Orthopaedic Surgery, located at 789 Pre-Emption Road in Geneva starting September 27.
He is trained in modern techniques within the field of adult reconstruction including anterior total hip arthroplasty, unicompartmental (partial) knee arthroplasty, robotic total knee arthroplasty as well as revision hip and knee arthroplasty. Aside from arthritis and arthroplasty-related care, he also treats geriatric fractures, hip abductor pathology and offers knee arthroscopy for meniscal and low-grade chondral pathologies.
Dr. Neumaier joined UR Medicine after completing his Adult Reconstruction Fellowship at Houston Methodist Hospital in Houston, TX. He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, NY. He earned his medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, NJ.
