Foundation Elects New Board Member
Nancy Peelle of Dundee has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Finger Lakes Health Foundation. Ms. Peelle was elected to a three-year term.

She is a retired from the Dundee Central School District, where she taught elementary school for 24 years. Peelle, who earned her undergraduate degree studying at Syracuse University, Alfred University and Keuka College, earned her master’s degree at Elmira College.

Peelle is a former member of the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital Board of Directors, and has long been active in the community. She has served on the Dundee Library Board, co-chaired local blood drives, taught safe driving for AARP, held various officer positions at the Dundee Presbyterian Church, and has served on the St. Mark’s Terrace Board. Ms. Peelle has two sons, Anthony and Sanford. She enjoys gardening.

The Finger Lakes Foundation, a member of Finger Lakes Health, is guided by a board of business and civic leaders. It provides support for the following entities: Geneva General Hospital, Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Living Centers at Geneva – North and South, The Homestead, Huntington Living Center and also hospital-owned primary care practices including Dundee Family Health Center, Clyde Family Health Center, and Seneca Family Health Center.
