Finger Lakes Health Foundation Elects New Board Member

Eva Steadman of Geneva has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Finger Lakes Health Foundation. She was elected to a three-year term.

Ms. Steadman is a civic leader and homemaker. She is past president of the Geneva Historical Society, and has served on the boards of Family Counseling of the Finger Lakes, the Geneva Library, Geneva YMCA, and Seven Lakes Girl Scouts Council. She is active at the Presbyterian Church in Geneva, and a member of P.E.O. International (Philanthropic Educational Organization).
Ms. Steadman has received awards and recognition from The League of Women Voters, the Geneva Historical Society and Rotary International. She is past president of the Ontario County Medical Alliance and past secretary of the NYS Medical Alliance. She earned her undergraduate degree at Cornell University.

She and her husband, Kenneth Steadman M.D., have four grown children. Ms. Steadman enjoys gardening, photography, knitting, travel and pets.

The Finger Lakes Foundation, a member of Finger Lakes Health, is guided by a board of business and civic leaders. It provides support for the following entities: Geneva General Hospital, Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Living Centers at Geneva – North and South, The Homestead, Huntington Living Center and also hospital-owned primary care practices including Dundee Family Health Center, Clyde Family Health Center, and Seneca Family Health Center.
