Finger Lakes Health's Long Term Care Division is committed to nurturing the human spirit, while providing high quality medical, nursing and rehabilitative long term care services in a caring and comfortable setting that promotes independence, honors individuality and enhances quality of life.

 Finger Lakes Health provides Long Term Care Services at four facilities on three campuses within the health system. These facilities are:

In addition to traditional Skilled Nursing services, we provide Transitional Care (short-term rehabilitation), Special Needs (Alzheimer's), Behavioral Health,Respite (short-term stay) and Adult Day Health Services programs.

Health care services at all our long term care facilities are organized and delivered through a plan of care individually developed for each resident, combining the efforts of the attending physician with nursing and other disciplines such as pharmacy, physical therapy, dietary, social work and activities.
