Primary Care Centers
Finger Lakes Health operates three Family Health Centers, which provide primary care for residents in Ontario, Seneca, Wayne and Yates Counties. Our health centers are staffed by physicians, nurse practitioners and physician's assistants, who specialize in Family Medicine. Our practitioners provide both adult and pediatric care. They provide comprehensive care with ready access to laboratory, radiology and specialty care. All of our centers are accepting new patients.

Family Health Centers do not require a referral. Patients normally enroll in the practice, which is often required by insurance carriers. The practice can assist you with this process. Appointments are preferred, and same day appointments are available. Most health insurance plans are welcome. Cash, checks and major credit cards are also accepted.
Additionally, our Clyde Family Health Center and Dundee Family Health Center have Patient Service Centers (lab draw stations) located within the site. These centers are open to the public for blood draws. You do not need to be enrolled in the practice to utilize these centers. Our Patient Service Center in Dundee operates from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and are closed from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. each day.
